Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure correct transactions Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming café experience Maintain food safety standards through proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation and serving of light snacks or baked goods as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked by following food safety protocols and food industry best practices Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; we’re happy to train motivated candidates Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving or café environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for coffee culture is valued Join us if you’re passionate about delivering excellent service, crafting quality beverages, and working in a lively team dedicated to creating positive experiences.
