This position plays a key role in delivering a great customer experience by assisting with vehicle flow, maintaining lot organization, and supporting our service advisors and technicians.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team-oriented environment.Service Porter ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in the service drive with professionalism and urgencyMove customer vehicles safely throughout the service processMaintain organization and cleanliness of the service drive, parking lots, and waiting areasPrepare vehicles for customer deliveryAssist with shuttle coordination and customer transportation when neededPick up and deliver parts or vehicles between departments when neededSupport technicians and advisors with miscellaneous tasks throughout the dayEnsure all vehicles are handled carefully and parked properlyHelp maintain dealership appearance inside and outside the facilityService Porter RequirementsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferredMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskPositive attitude and team-first mentalityAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the dayAbility to pass all preemployment screening including background check and drug screeningWhy Work at Arrow Ford?We invest in our people and it shows.
