Family Physician

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, prenatal care, family planning, immunizations, and health education.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.Perform physical exams, screenings, and preventive care services.Prescribe medications, vaccinations, and treatment plans.Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.Provide prenatal/postnatal care and family planning services.Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system.Refer patients to specialists when necessary.Supervise mid-level providers and support clinical staff.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.Respond to emergency/code situations as needed.QualificationsMD or DO degree required.Completion of Family Practice Residency Training.Active California Medical License & DEA Certificate.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.Current BLS Certification.Minimum 2 years of public health or community health experience preferred.Skills & RequirementsStrong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.Commitment to patient-centered and culturally sensitive care.
