Your primary duties will include:Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitoring patient health and documenting vital signs. Assisting with daily patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Collaborating with Registered Nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and well-being. Educating patients and their families on healthcare practices and medical conditions. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Education And Certification RequirementsEducation: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Certification: Current LPN license in the state of Oregon. Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
