Manager, Client Services – Remote, NationwideVituity seeks a Manager to lead billing operations and client services across multiple sites.ResponsibilitiesReview operational reports (Practice Management, etc.) to identify problem areas, take appropriate action, and follow up.Interface with Regional Director, Medical Director, Reimbursement Directors, and Practice Management to resolve issues and answer questions.Prepare and facilitate site conference calls and/or site visits.Identify financial performance, team structure, and other areas needing improvement; work with Director of Billing Operations or Sr. Management to develop corrective action plans.Oversee implementation of action plans and short-term plans/budgets in line with company goals, growth objectives, productivity and audit standards.Facilitate implementation of site-specific and organization-wide programs and initiatives.Provide support to Information Technology staff in resolving system issues.Escalate site or personnel challenges to Director of Billing or Sr. Management as needed.Participate in workgroups with internal and external departments for efficiency gains and problem/payer resolution.Travel occasionally (up to 5% of time) for site conferences or visits.Provide leadership and development to Billing Supervisors; monitor workflow and coordinate labor among teams.Participate in disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation.Facilitate team building, foster trust, respect, conflict resolution, and maintain positive morale.Assist with and review auditing of team member work to ensure production and quality standards.Collaborate with Training Department to formulate workshops and monitor progress.Ensure cross-training to guarantee coverage in all areas.Maintain staff within established FTE ratio budgets set by senior leadership.Required Experience and CompetenciesHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Four years minimum of related leadership and/or training experience with similar responsibilities.Prior experience in a medical office and in the Medical Billing field (preferred).College coursework highly desirable.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Billing Operations/Accounts Receivable processes and procedures.Proficiency with Microsoft O365 or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to analyze various reports, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial information and legal documents.Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints from clients or regulatory agencies.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.Ability to remain organized and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance.Must possess a valid California driver license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation for company travel.BenefitsSuperior health plan options including dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD&D coverage.Top tier 401(k) retirement savings plan with a $1.20 match up to 6%.Paid time off: 3–4 weeks' vacation, paid holidays, sabbatical.Student loan refinancing discounts.Professional and career development program.EAP, travel assistance, identity theft protection.Wellness program including yoga, HIIT classes, and more.Community events and flexible work hours.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementVituity does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.
