Administrative AssistantUnder the direction of an administrator, performs a variety of responsible clerical and secretarial functions in support of a designated offices' operations in support of an administrator and functional areas to which assigned. Provide administrative support with regards to school-site-level/District-level programs as assigned. Translates documents on an as need basis. Acts as a receptionist, answering and providing inquiries and providing routine information, both in English and Spanish.Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, including or supplemented by coursework in typing, record management and general office practices. Testing and Requirements: Administrative Assistant I exam. Must submit a certificate verifying the ability to type a net corrected typing speed of 45 words per minute. Please note typing test will also be taken at the district office.Copy of high school diploma, cover letter, reference letters, and resume must be attached for consideration.
