Role description Job Summary The MA IT Integration Application Specialist will work closely with GBS business partners IT integration teams and newly acquired organizations to assess document and rationalize application portfolios The role is responsible for understanding application capabilities dependencies and business processes enabling successful migration integration or retirement of applications as part of the overall MA integration program Must Have Skills Strong experience in Application Migration Rationalization and Integration Projects Ability to document application landscapes workflows dependencies and business processes Experience working with cloudbased applications and SaaS platforms Experience collaborating with business stakeholders IT teams and acquired entities during MA integrations Secondary Nice To Have Skills NOT MANDATORY Experience with application development enhancement and maintenance Knowledge of MA IT Integration programs and application portfolio assessments Experience in insurance employee benefits or related business domains Familiarity with application governance security and compliance requirements Soft Skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong business analysis and documentation capabilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities Strong problemsolving planning and presentation skills 3 Qualifying Questions Describe an application migration or integration project you have led How did you assess dependencies and create the migration strategy How do you approach documenting an acquired companys application portfolio and identifying applications for migration integration or decommissioning Explain your experience working with business stakeholders and application owners to define migration timelines risks and business impacts Key Responsibilities Document and assess application inventories capabilities workflows and dependencies within acquired organizations Collaborate with GBS Standard Application teams to define migration approaches estimates and timelines Develop application integration roadmaps and migration requirements aligned with overall MA integration objectives Manage applicationrelated deliverables and integration milestones Provide business and technical guidance on the impact of application migration activities Coordinate with business stakeholders IT teams and acquired entities throughout the integration lifecycle Support key business and IT stakeholders across multiple application ownership areas Prepare and present weekly executive status updates and integration summaries Skills Mandatory Skills : Application Architecture, Change management, Scope & Change Management Other details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
