TidalHealth is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our growing women‘s health team on Maryland‘s beautiful Eastern Shore. This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative hospital-based environment while helping train the next generation of physicians through our ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy inpatient-focused care, predictable scheduling, and academic involvement.Position Highlights Full-scope OB/GYN hospitalist role 12 or 24 hour shifts available Manage labor & delivery, obstetric emergencies, and gynecologic care Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, midwives, and nursing staff Teaching OB/GYN residents is required as part of our ACGME-accredited residency program Supportive hospital environment with strong specialty support Located near Maryland and Delaware beaches with excellent quality of lifeCompensationWeekday Day Shift (12 hours) $193.33/hour $2,320 per shiftWeekday Night Shift (12 hours) $232/hour $2,784 per shiftWeekend & Holiday Day Shift (12 hours) $212.66/hour $2,552 per shiftWeekend Night & Holiday Shift (12 hours) $250/hour $3,000 per shiftResponsibilities Provide inpatient OB/GYN coverage Manage labor and delivery patients Respond to obstetric emergencies and triage Perform cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures Collaborate with community OB/GYN physicians and midwives Teach and supervise OB/GYN residents during clinical care (required) Participate in a team-based approach to patient care and educationQualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for Maryland medical license Interest in academic medicine and resident education Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered careAbout TidalHealthTidalHealth is an award-winning health system with more than 50 locations across Maryland and Delaware, anchored by three hospitals.
