Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter. **Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist!** **Job Description:** - **Shift:** Days, 8 AM - 5 PM *Close early on Fridays; make up an extra hour during Monday to Thursday* - **Patient Types:** Primarily orthopedic, with some neurological cases - **Patient Ratio:** 1:1 (one patient every 45 minutes) **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather essential data from patient charts and collaborate with other caregivers; consult physicians as needed - Independently assess all assigned patient types - Recognize additional patient needs during evaluations and exercise sound judgment in requesting, scheduling, and performing further testing - Interpret assessment results and formulate realistic, measurable, and attainable treatment goals - Reassess patient progress regularly per departmental and regulatory policies or as needed - Identify appropriate equipment for therapy, discussing options with patients and their families **Requirements:** - Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred - Bachelor’s degree required - Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) in the state of Texas required - BLS certification required (AHA only) **Work Schedule:** - 5 Days - 8 Hours - Work Type: Full Time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
