Job DescriptionProduction AssociatePay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hourLocation: Tracy, CA 95377Schedule: Rotating (40 hours per week)Start: September 8, 2026Job Type: ContractPay Frequency: WeeklyAbout the RoleShareSTAFF is hiring a Production Associate for a contract assignment at an Office/Warehouse environment in Tracy, CA. The Production Associate provides administrative and clerical support for production operations. This position assists with maintaining records related to receiving, storing, processing and canning product within Dynamic 365 and other business systems. The Production Associate supports production, supply chain, warehouse, and storage yard activites through data entry, document processing, inventory record maintenance and reporting to help ensure accurate and timely operational records.What You'll DoAssist with maintaining production,inventory, and receiving records with Dynamics 365 and other company systemsEnter and verify production, inventory and receiving data to ensure accurate and timely recordkeepingSupport harvest and imported fruit receiving activities by reviewing paperwork and completing required documentationScan, file and organize production records, specifications, reports and supporting documentsAssist with daily production reporting, including pack-out, inventory and production tracking reportsSupport the maintenance of storage yard and inventory records, including tranking product movements and inventory balancesVerify production and packaging records for completeness and accuracy and report discrepancies to the managementAssist with physical inventories and cycle counts of packaging materials, unlabeled product, raw materials and finished goodsPrepare and distribute routine reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documents as directedCommunicate with production, warehouse, storage yard, supply chain and other departments to obtain and update operational informationProvide clerical and administrative support to the Production Manager and production teamMaintain organized files and records in accordance with department procedures and company policiesAssist with special projects and seasonal production activities assignedDevelop, maintain, and update standard work instructions, visual aids, and one-point lessons to ensure consistent execution of production processesAnalyze production workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency and waste reductionCreate and maintain process flow diagrams and workflow documentation to support operational consistency, training and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all safety rules and regulations, including active participation in the prompt identification and communication of safety hazardsMust be able to work any shift and weekends as necessaryPromptly report all food safety, quality,environmental and social compliance concerns to managementOther duties as assigned by supervisorWhat You Bring - RequiredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredOne year of administrative, clerical, production support, warehouse, inventory or related experienceBilingual in English and Spanish preferredBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Experience with Dynamic 365 or other ERP systems is preferredAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsAbility to accurately enter data and maintain recordsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environmentEffective verbal and written communication skillsWhat We OfferWeekly pay - every FridayMedical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employeesTemp-to-hire opportunities with many of our client partnersDedicated recruiter support throughout your assignmentReferral bonuses - earn extra when you refer a friendAbout ShareSTAFFShareSTAFF has been a trusted staffing partner for businesses across California's Central Valley and Bay Area for more than a decade.
