Project Coordinator - Commercial Concrete

Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in reviewing project contracts, plans, and scope of workHelp track project budgets, costs, and production quantitiesMaintain and update project schedules and timelinesCoordinate with field supervisors to ensure work aligns with project scope and scheduleServe as a point of contact for project communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsAssist in preparing and processing subcontracts, purchase orders, and sales agreementsHelp track and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change ordersDocument and assist in pricing change orders and additional workSupport monthly invoicing, including AIA billing documentation and quantity trackingMonitor material orders, deliveries, and usage across projectsMaintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and filesAssist in ensuring compliance with company safety standards and quality expectationsQualifications2+ years of experience in construction coordination, estimating, or project support (commercial concrete experience preferred)Familiarity with reading construction plans and specificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyEffective communication and relationship-building skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with PlanSwift and/or Microsoft Project is a plusBenefitsSimple IRA retirement planHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offCell phone reimbursementReferral programProfit sharingScheduleMonday to FridayIn-person positionAdditional RequirementsAbility to reliably commute to or relocate to Brookville, OH (45309) prior to startCompany DescriptionOur growing company is looking for an ideal team player who thrives in an active, upbeat, growth minded atmosphere.
