Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer service requests in a consistent and thorough mannerPerform duct cleanings and/or dryer vent cleanings on customer's ductworkQuote pricing to customers, receive quote authorization, and provide detailed documentationEducate clients on all products & services offered by Isaac HeatingMaintain vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and organization at all timesPerform other duties as assigned by your managerJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious duct cleaning experience preferredExperience or coursework in HVAC or related industry preferred but not requiredValid driver's license / clean driving record requiredCompetenciesExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsAbility to lift and move up to 60 poundsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamProblem-solving skillsWhat Can We Offer You?Competitive Base PayMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Vacation and Sick TimeAnnual Tool and Uniform AllowancesThe starting base range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
