Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Assist with food preparation and assembly - Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards - Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu items - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures Requirements: - Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position in the food industry - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Experience with menu planning and meal preparation - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience in catering or dietary departments - Proficiency with knife skills for food preparation Join our team as a Line Cook and showcase your culinary talents in a dynamic kitchen environment.
