Role DescriptionCornerstone Pilates is seeking a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Studio Manager / Studio Experience Associate to support day-to-day studio operations and help elevate the client experience. This role plays a major part in shaping the overall energy, hospitality, and operational flow of the studio. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, hospitality-minded, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. The Assistant Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, team coordination, studio upkeep, client relations, sales support, administrative tasks and overall community engagement. Responsibilities include managing memberships, addressing client concerns, overseeing sales efforts, and supporting the studio staff to ensure smooth operations. This role also involves coordinating studio events and initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of client-facing, customer service, hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or boutique studio experience required Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and address needs effectively Warm, welcoming, and hospitality-driven personality Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative without constant direction Experience in sales, memberships, or client retention is a plus Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism when handling client concerns Ability to collaborate with instructors, leadership, and studio staff to support smooth daily operations Familiarity with scheduling and booking software such as Arketa is a plus Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, hospitality, wellness, or a related field is preferred but not required Passion for health, wellness, and the Pilates community is highly desirable.
