Warehouse Material Handler

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team for our Thousand Oaks location. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment including cherry pickers and order pickers to efficiently move materials. Manage inventory levels through accurate stock handling and organization. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented. Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet operational goals. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
