We specialize in integrating advanced technologies to optimize building performance, and we are looking for a skilled Distech Programmer to join our team remotely.Job Summary:As a Remote Distech Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, configuring, and troubleshooting Distech controls systems for various building automation projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure the successful implementation and commissioning of Distech controls, helping our clients achieve their energy management and building automation goals.Key Responsibilities:Program, configure, and commission Distech control systemsDevelop and modify control sequences, graphics, and schedules to meet project specifications and client needs.Collaborate with project teams to review design documents, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate system implementation.Provide remote support to field technicians during system installation, startup, and commissioning.Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of Distech systems to resolve issues promptly.Integrate Distech controls with third-party systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.Create technical documentation, including programming logic, system operation manuals, and as-built drawings.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols in all programming activities.Offer training and support to end-users and clients on system operation and maintenance.Continuously stay updated with Distech products, software updates, and best practices to enhance system performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience programming and configuring Distech control systems.Proficiency in Distech softwareStrong understanding of HVAC systems, building automation, and control sequences.Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with project teams and clients.Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and other building automation communication protocols.Familiarity with integrating Distech controls with other building automation systems.Preferred Skills:Experience with other building automation platforms.Certifications related to Distech programming, building automation, or HVAC systems.Prior experience working remotely with distributed teamsBenefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Flexible work schedule with fully remote work options.Opportunities for professional development and training.Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable).Paid time off and holidays.
