The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing outstanding customer service, leading by example, and fostering a positive in-store experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product selection, managing sales processes, training and motivating team members, and identifying strategies to meet sales goals. The Sales Lead will also play a pivotal role in maintaining store organization and ensuring a professional store environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with customers and understanding their needsDemonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet set targetsExperience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and build team capabilitiesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsEnthusiasm for fashion and knowledge of retail trendsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysPrevious retail experience in apparel or related industries is a plus
