Outside Sales Representative

Job Description THE COMPANY:This expanding organization is a nationwide provider of automated gate systems, access control, and perimeter security solutions for commercial, industrial, and high-end residential properties. General Contractors, Owners, Property Managers, Facility Teams, and Architects rely on the company’s technical expertise, responsiveness, and quality craftsmanship.The sales team is continuing to grow and is adding driven Outside Sales professionals. With the company positioned for continued expansion, high performers will have opportunities for internal advancement.THE JOB:As an Outside Sales professional, you will be trained to grow and develop business mainly across Seattle and parts of Oregon.Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, you will work closely with construction teams, project managers, property managers, building owners, and other security professionals. You will play an active role in the quoting, bidding, and proposal process. Following training, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while meeting client needs.You will receive extensive hands-on product and field training to ensure success. This role is well-suited for a sales professional with a strong “hunter” mentality who can help customers identify and implement effective perimeter security solutions.THE QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5+ years of territory, regional, or outside face-to-face sales experienceSecurity or Low Voltage product sales experience required (CCTV, security gate systems, parking systems, etc.)Strong communication and relationship-building abilitiesPreferred experience with product quoting, bidding, and/or proposal developmentExperience working with general contractors, facilities managers, or commercial property teamsMust reside in the Seattle, WA or Tacoma, WA areaTHE BENEFITS:Negotiable $90–110K base salary DOE plus commissionsA clear path to a leadership role in ~1 yearComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageCar allowanceGenerous paid time off (PTO) and access to a 401(k) planAn inclusive culture that supports growth and community involvement
