Quality Inspector - 1st Shift Butler, WIMust Have Previous Quality Inspection Experience To Be Considered.All candidates must complete a Culture Index ar https://go.cultureindex.com/s/0879c30000Position SummaryUnder the general supervision of the VP or Manager of Quality, the Quality Inspector is responsible to insure that parts being produced meet the specifications and standards provided by our customers. Inspectors will perform routine repetitive inspection activities using predetermined and prescribed methods and procedures on products with sample analysis, and documents the quality activities in support of the quality department. The above mentioned activities are required to all MRPC to maintain our ISO 13485 certification.Essential Skills, Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded as management determines necessary.Reports ToQuality Supervisor / ManagerSkillsVisionAble to differentiate colors utilizing samples and/or color chips.Technical MathematicsBasic shop math.Convert between English and MetricNumeric conversions: use various numbering methods such as scientific notation, decimals and fractions and convert values.Metrology Common gauges and measurement instrumentsCalipers, Micrometer, scales etc..Must have basic level understanding of mechanical inspection.Print/DrawingMust have knowledge on how to read print and pull certain informationRevision level, print/part number, tolerance block and dimensionsComputer KnowledgeMust have basic computer knowledge using excel spreadsheets.
