Support Arbor Therapy's multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team in Mesa as a 1099 Contractor Speech-Language Pathologist supporting children and families in our outpatient clinic.Arbor Therapy provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy services designed to help children reach meaningful developmental milestones. Our team believes in a collaborative, strengths-based approach, working closely with families and other therapy professionals to create individualized care plans that support each child's growth and independence.As our AAC program continues to expand, we are excited to welcome clinicians who are passionate about supporting communication through innovative tools and strategies.This 1099 Contractor role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling and the opportunity to support our Mesa clinic team while delivering high-quality pediatric therapy services.Role OverviewEvaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders in a pediatric outpatient settingDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plansMonitor client progress and adjust therapy strategies to support optimal outcomesEducate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support skill development outside of therapy sessionsWork closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and physical therapistsComplete timely and accurate documentation of therapy servicesProvide mentorship or supervision for students or assistants, as neededRequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Arizona Department of Health ServicesArizona Fingerprint Clearance CardExperience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindsetCommitment to ongoing professional development and learningPreferred (but Not Required)Experience or interest in feeding therapyExperience with AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication)Bilingual skillsWorking EnvironmentThis role may require standing, kneeling, lifting, and participating in floor-based therapy activities.
