Technical Services Analyst

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn Junior Technical Service Representative to support our clients both within and outside the Palm Beach area. This role is ideal for someone early in their technical career who has a strong customer service mindset, good communication skills, and a desire to build hands-on technical experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with the installation, calibration, and testing of IT equipment and related peripherals
Monitor system operations and help identify potential issues
Perform basic system and software integration tasks, as well as hardware troubleshooting
Support technical dress rehearsals for IT project rollouts
Conduct basic data analysis as required
Use Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and above) to perform tasks such as adding or removing users
Help oversee equipment performance to ensure proper functionality
Requirements
Strong customer service, organizational, and time-management skills
Hands-on technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Some experience or exposure to desktop support, including input/output devices and related processes
Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software concepts
Familiarity with network infrastructure and software applications is a plus
Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Willingness to travel within the United States for technical assignments
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience with a B2B service provider
Entry-level or foundational certifications such as ITF+, A+, Network+, or Security+
Prerequisite
A company vehicle is not provided. Employees must have reliable personal transportation.
Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
