The MCA Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financing needs, and offering appropriate Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) solutions. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, conducting outreach via phone and email, negotiating terms, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships post-sale.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExperience with MCA products and financial lendingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage client accounts and build lasting relationshipsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesSelf-motivated and results-driven attitudeProficiency in CRM software and MS OfficeBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
