Front Desk AgentAs a Front Desk Agent (flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays), you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.A career as a front desk agent can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.Education & ExperienceHotel experience is always a plus!
