Regional Manager (Heavy Civil Construction)

Project Scope: This role will be overseeing major highway and bridge scopes across SoCal across multiple delivery methods (Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design Build). Brief responsibilities; Manage regional P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.Support business development initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.Optimize equipment utilization, labor productivity, and operational resources.Ensure projects and operations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.Lead regional planning, forecasting, workforce allocation, and operational execution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.Coordinate with estimating, engineering, project management, and field operations teams.Essentials; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of progressive leadership experience in heavy civil construction, construction materials, infrastructure, or related industries.Proven experience managing multi-site operations and regional teams.Caltrans experience is strongly preferred.Strong understanding of construction operations, estimating, scheduling, contracts, and project financials.
