For more on Coldstream, please visit www.coldstream.com .Specific responsibilities include: Exceptional Client Service: Going above and beyond to anticipate client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.Serving as a primary point of contact with clientsPartnering with custodians/investment managersOverseeing the gathering of client information and managing data integrity in our CRMClient Meetings: Participating in client meetings alongside our Wealth Manager and presenting ideas and concepts in an organized and effective mannerPreparing meeting summariesCreating and managing post-meeting action itemsWealth Planning: Assisting the Wealth Manager in creating financial plansClient Onboarding: Overseeing and coordinating the new client onboarding processServe as a Resource/Mentor for CSA:Delegating tasks to our Client Service AssociateHandling overflow money movement requests when the CSA is busy or absentExperience And Skills2+ years of client service experience in the wealth management industryA Bachelor’s degree (finance or related focus is preferred)Series 65 license plus the FPQP (paraplanner certification) or first module of the CFP - or willing to get them at Coldstream’s expense within 12-18 monthsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM, eMoney, and/or Tamarac portfolio management (or similar systems) is a plusExcellent communication skills, including correct grammar and punctuationStrong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistentlyStrong prioritization skills and the ability to manage tasks independentlyExcellent reliabilityJob BenefitsIn terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base pay typically starts at $70k - $90k plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
