Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a family paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. These are tipped wages and we provide financial support if tips are under. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections. Up sell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining quality standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely order fulfillment. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings is essential; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and payment processing. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices. Experience with POS systems such as Square and Toast Culinary knowledge or kitchen experience can enhance your ability to make informed recommendations to guests. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
