Marketing Manager
Role OverviewLooking for a Marketing Manager (3–5 years experience) to drive inbound leads, build brand presence, and manage digital campaigns and events in the Education & Learning space. This role sits at the intersection of content, events, partnerships, and digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to position Magic EdTech as a thought leader and generate measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Lead GenerationDrive inbound lead generation through digital campaigns, content, and eventsSupport account-based marketing for key institutional clientsTrack and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion2. Brand Building & ContentCreate and manage content for social media across targeted geographies and marketsDevelop thought leadership content including blogs, case studies, and campaignsEnsure consistent brand messaging across channels3. In-Person Event ManagementPlan and execute conferences, seminars, and industry eventsManage end-to-end logistics, promotions, and post-event analysisUse events as a key channel for lead generation and brand visibility4. Virtual Events & Digital EngagementManage webinars, podcasts, and virtual sessionsCoordinate speakers, content, and audience engagement strategiesTrack participation and ROI from virtual initiatives5. Partnership BuildingBuild and maintain relationships with industry consortiums, associations, and standards bodiesCollaborate with partners for co-marketing opportunities and brand amplification6.
