Join our team and help build engineering solutions that change the industry.About the role:The Senior New Technology Leader designs, develops, builds, and implements new products, components, or technologies.What you will doResearching new solutions and competitive products. Organizing, coordinating, and executing the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes.Assisting supply specialists and buyers with supplier development and supplier performance. Overseeing the efforts of drafting and testing specialists.Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into detail design documents. Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.Participating in and supporting proposal preparation, cost estimates, and technical reports.Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Mechanical, or Materials Science curriculum.Additional Information:* This position is located in White Settlement, Texas* Up to 20% travel required* Relocation is available for this position.* Sponsorship is not available for this position.* This position requires working onsite five days a week.What you will have:Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.Product Design - MFG: Knowledge of processes, approaches, tools and techniques of product design; ability to convert customer and market requirements into product design.Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.Additional Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related fieldSummary Pay Range:$112,710.00 - $169,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
