Psychiatrist – Interventional & Outpatient Psychiatry

Dallas, Houston, or Austin Texas (onsite/hybrid outpatient role — not fully remote)Deep Centered Mental Health is making a small, intentional addition to our psychiatry team and is seeking a psychiatrist who values thoughtful, patient-centered care within a highly collaborative outpatient practice.This role is designed for psychiatrists who want to practice beyond high-volume medication management and build meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients while working alongside a strong interdisciplinary team.We integrate psychiatry, psychotherapy, and interventional treatments within one coordinated clinical model. Psychiatrists collaborate closely with an in-house network of more than 220 therapists within our organization, allowing for seamless referrals, warm handoffs, and integrated patient care.This opportunity is particularly well suited for psychiatrists interested in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), psychotherapy integration, and the ability to prioritize quality of care over volumePosition HighlightsAccess to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) services for treatment-resistant conditions60-minute psychiatric evaluations with flexible follow-up lengths (30/45/60 minutes)Opportunity to incorporate psychotherapy into practice if desiredCollaborative in-house therapy network supporting coordinated patient careAbility to work with adults and/or children & adolescentsOptional involvement in clinical research through our Clinical Research Outcomes Center (CROC)Optional APP supervision opportunitiesNo nights, weekends, or call responsibilitiesStrong operational and administrative supportCompensation & BenefitsUncapped earning potential: $280K–$400K+Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, disability401(k) with employer matchMalpractice insurance with tail coveragePaid CME and ongoing professional developmentOpportunities to supervise APPs with a generous stipend.Your Role:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions.Develop personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, lifestyle modifications, and when appropriate, consultation or referral for interventional treatments such as TMS and esketamine.Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment.Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited institutionBoard-certified in PsychiatryLicensed in Texas with an active DEA license (unencumbered)Skilled in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescentsTMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) experience preferredExcellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approachComfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing toolsPassionate about professional growth and continuous learningPlease note: we do not partner with staffing agencies or external recruiters for this position.
