Bilingual Mortgage Loan Assistant

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant - Bilingual (English/Spanish). Key Responsibilities Assist the Mortgage Banker by serving as the primary liaison among customers, internal operations support, realtors, and title companies Manage the Mortgage Banker pipeline and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure timely loan closures Prepare mortgage applications and disclosures, and provide exceptional service to borrowers and realtors/builders Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, required 1+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant or Processor Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
