Role Description We are seeking a Plant Controller for an on-site, full-time position located in Maumelle, AR. The Plant Controller will oversee financial operations, manage cost accounting functions, and support financial planning and reporting. This role includes the preparation of financial statements, the management of fixed assets, and detailed cost analyses to support decision-making and operations. The Plant Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Qualifications Strong understanding of Financial Statements and proficiency in managing Fixed AssetsExpertise in Cost Accounting, including analysis and reportingWell-developed Analytical Skills for identifying trends and driving strategic initiativesSolid background in Finance to support business planning and decision-makingAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plusProficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of accounting tools, including ExcelExperience in manufacturing or food and beverage industries preferred
