Role: Training Program Lead Location: Des Moines, IL Rate: $55-60/hr on W2.Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)Training & Development - 10+ years of experienceProgram management - 5+ years of experienceChange Management - 5+ years of experienceLMS or E-learning platform - 5+ years of experiencePrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)Experience coordinating training programs for large software (ERP/EPM) implementationsPrioritization of user-friendly design for training materialsDay-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)Lead the Train-the-Trainer Program, including trainer selection and onboarding, and coordinate logisticsDevelop content for training programs and provide training to trainers on content, process flows, and system demosSupport trainers during end user training and post-go-live interactionsCoordinate Change Management aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Develop and coordinate end user training plans and logisticsUpdate training materials based on feedback and oversee support rolesMonitor participant attendance and assess training effectivenessSupport the testing and implementation of AI Agent for end user training supportCollaborate with Communications Partner and Change Manager on training-related communicationsCompany Benefits & CultureFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
