Auto Parts Assistant Dispatcher We are a local Michigan owned auto parts company looking for a responsible Assistant Dispatcher to pull orders, check parts and load delivery vehicles. The assistant dispatcher is also responsible for running operations while the manager is out as well as assisting in deliveries if the deliveries are backing up. This job requires frequent lifting of auto parts. Full time and non-seasonal. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record. Responsibilities Load, unload, prepare company delivery vehicles Collect return slips and parts from drivers Work with return department Process and put up morning order Assist in deliveries as necessary Route drivers according to the deliveries waiting Skills Proven working experience in warehouse work (preferred but not necessary) Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to load and unload delivery vehicles Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.75 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
