We are looking for a talented, and reliable Pharmacy Assistant who would like to build a career in pharmacy. You will be working under a direct supervision of a Pharmacist to provide excellent customer service and other assigned duties. Punctuality, organization and excellent communication skills are key. No prior experience is required, but must be able to obtain WA State Pharmacy Assistant license. Responsibilities Provide personalized customer service by greeting the customers with their names Partner with pharmacist in resolving customer concerns Manage Prescription and Over the counter medications inventory Maintain the entire pharmacy clean and organized Operate register by following company policies Deliver prescriptions to the local customers Promote sales and services to the customers Organize and file the records according to the company policies Comply with all Federal, WA state , and the company policies Qualifications Pharmacy Assistant license (Required) High school diploma or GED (Required) Driving License (Required) Skills Creativity, self motivation, and high level integrity Exceptional organization skills and a keen attention to detail Outstanding communication and customer service skills High speed and accurate type writing skills , at least 50 wpm Proficient with Microsoft office Bilingual-English and Spanish speaking Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.70 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 21 per week Benefits: Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
