Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in El Paso, TX for a Band Saw Blade Production Worker. The individual will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to cut and assemble band saw blades, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production standards. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting blade material, performing quality checks, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Training will be provided to ensure proficiency and adherence to company standards. Qualifications Experience with bands and mechanical equipment, or willingness to be trained on equipment operations.Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods; a high level of physical dexterity is beneficial.Willingness to undergo training to enhance skills and meet job requirements.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance.Previous experience in manufacturing, metalworking, or heavy machinery operation is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
