Reporting to the Director of Product Analytics, you will be embedded within cross-functional product pods—partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and CRO teams.You will turn data into actionable insights, helping teams understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of product changes across the full digital journey.What You'll DoEmbedded Product AnalyticsPartner with a specific product pod (e.g., search, pricing, checkout, mobile, post-booking) to support decision-makingAct as the go-to analytics partner for Product Managers and cross-functional teamsTranslate business and product questions into structured analysisData Analysis & Insight GenerationAnalyze customer behavior across web and mobile to identify trends, opportunities, and pain pointsPerform deep-dive analyses on funnel performance, feature usage, and customer journeysCombine quantitative data with qualitative inputs (research, feedback) to generate insightsExperimentation SupportPartner with CRO and product teams to design, measure, and analyze A/B tests and experimentsDefine success metrics, ensure proper test setup, and evaluate results with statistical rigorTranslate experiment outcomes into clear recommendations and next stepsMeasurement & KPI TrackingDefine and track key metrics for your product area (e.g., conversion, engagement, retention, revenue)Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into performanceEnsure consistency with broader measurement frameworks and definitionsData Quality & InstrumentationWork with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data collectionValidate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepanciesContribute to improving analytics frameworks and data reliabilityStakeholder CommunicationPresent insights and recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling waySimplify complex data into actionable narratives for product and business stakeholdersSupport a culture of data literacy and self-service within product teamsPerks You’ll GetAccess to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insuranceEligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributionsFull training to learn the business and enhance professional skillsEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget carsAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and moreWhat We're Looking ForExperience in product analytics, digital analytics, or data analyst role within an e-commerce or digital environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasetsExperience with:SQL and data queryingData visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)Product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)Understanding of digital funnels and customer journeysFamiliarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologiesStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights Preferred (Nice To Have)Experience analyzing both web and mobile app dataExposure to B2C and/or B2B digital productsExperience working in agile, product-led organizationsBasic knowledge of statistics and data modeling techniquesThe annual starting salary for this position is between $115,000 – 125,000 annually.
