Let’s chat.We’re hiring a strategic and creative Account Supervisor to join our dynamic client services team. In this role, you’ll be the day-to-day driver of project execution and success. You’ll ensure high-quality idea output and communication while integrating with teams and clients to deliver exceptional work that meets client objectives and expectations. A resourceful problem solver who anticipates what is needed to deliver the best quality work on time as a team. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of agency experience working on integrated campaigns. This role is hybrid 3 days per week in our Chicago office.ResponsibilitiesServe as client expert and principal day-to day contact, working on 360° integrated accountsCreate conditions for great work by establishing a clear task assignment, identifying decision makers, managing budget and timing, and creating opportunities to promote the workSee the work through from conception to development to executionFully engage in cross-peer collaboration, contributing ideas with cross-functional teams, leveraging knowledge of client vertical and competitive landscapeIndependently identify and manage potential gateways or roadblocks to selling the work, with perspective on what is working well and opportunities to amplify Lead internal and external status meetings as needed to ensure all jobs are assigned and on schedule, working with PMs to track project burn and adjust as needed Identify and seek out opportunities for new business with existing clients, recognizing opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell current offeringsRequirements5+ years of agency or client-side experience working on 360° integrated campaigns; experience working in regulated industries a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, verbal, written, on video and in-person, with clients, teammates and managersExcellent interpersonal and client-relations skills, with experience leading client meetingsProactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIndividual Contributor and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skillsProficient with the suite of Microsoft Office and Google tools, and project management software/tools such as Asana Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.Hybrid - 3 days per week in our Chicago office.What We OfferPrivate Company – Being a private organization allows us to move quickly so that we can deliver our best for our teams and our clients.Flexibility – We have a hybrid work environment and a flexible PTO plan that allows teams to take time off when they need it.Competitive Benefits and Salary – Multiple options for health plans based on your and/or your family’s needs, plus a 401(k) match and paid parental leave.
