Assistant Property Manager
We are looking for two Vacation Rental Property Inspectors/Manager Assistants to join our team on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands this summer for a part-time position. Full weekend availability is a must. Our company manages over 200 vacation properties in the Charleston area, ranging from high-end condos to 7,000 square feet luxury homes.Vacation Property Inspectors are the right hand of the Property Manager, focusing on home inspections to ensure properties are perfect for our arriving guests.The job will consist of a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:Conduct daily property checks / inspections.Communicate property needs to property managers, housekeepers, inspectors, and maintenance teams.Communicate daily messages, discrepancies, and updates about the property to the Property Managers.Assist Managers in all aspects of the property, housekeeping, guest, and owner needs.Communicate all purchases, replacements and repairs needed to Property Management AppEnsure all properties are up to the highest standards of the company.Must be able to lift up to 35lbs and comfortable on a ladder as needed.Communicating when carpets and upholstery need to be cleaned as well as bedding laundered.Bring in any lost and found items to the office and log in to sign in sheet that will be available.Maintain property décor, placement, and aesthetics.Conduct property inventories, relaying items needed to Property Manager.Troubleshoot minor electronic and cable/internet issues discovered during inspections.Extreme attention to detail is a must.Must have great communication skills and be technologically savvy.Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.Strong ability to multitask and organizational skills.Basic décor, staging and aesthetics knowledge is a plus.Reliable and trustworthy.Basic electronic and cable/internet knowledge.Ability to self-manage in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.Team player with all departments.Must have reliable transportation.Familiarity with the Kiawah & Seabrook Island area, people, and rules and regulations are a plus.The ability to provide maintenance work is a plus.You will use your personal vehicle once trained, but reimbursement is paid out weekly with paycheck.Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Weekend availability, Saturday and SundayExperience:Inspector/management: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:Kiawah Island, SC (Required)Work Location: In person
