Position OverviewStayable Properties is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead and oversee property renovation, maintenance, and capital improvement projects across our portfolio of extended-stay hotels and residential communities in Central and North Florida.This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring regular travel between properties to manage on-site work, coordinate contractor teams, and ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in high-quality results.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Project ManagementSupervise day-to-day field operations for renovation, maintenance, and construction projectsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standardsCoordinate project timelines, labor, and materials to ensure efficiency and accountabilityWork closely with property managers and maintenance staff to minimize operational disruptionsMaintain daily project documentation, including checklists, photos, and reportsContractor & Vendor OversightDirect and support multiple contractor crews, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standardsEvaluate whether a task is best completed by in-house contractors or outside vendors based on cost, time, and complexityInspect completed work for quality control before approving payment or sign-offEnforce compliance with company safety policies, building codes, and local regulationsScheduling & Resource CoordinationCreate and manage detailed project schedules for each propertyEnsure accurate time tracking and job completion reporting through company systemsPrioritize projects strategically to meet property deadlines and occupancy goalsCommunicate project updates and delays promptly to leadershipBudget & Cost ControlTrack labor, materials, and vendor costs in alignment with approved budgetsIdentify cost-saving opportunities through smart sourcing and efficient resource usePrevent schedule disruptions by proactively resolving supply or staffing issuesQualifications3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or property project management (hospitality or multifamily preferred)Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocolsProven ability to lead contractor teams and manage multiple sites simultaneouslyExcellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skillsProficiency with project tracking and photo documentation tools (e.g., ConnectTeams, Smartsheet, or similar)Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel regularly throughout Central and North FloridaPreferred AttributesExperience in extended-stay hospitality or affordable housing environmentsKnowledge of Florida building codes and permitting processesStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and enforce accountability in the fieldA results-driven, solution-oriented mindset with attention to both detail and deadlinesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceMileage and travel reimbursementPerformance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and company holidaysPowered by JazzHREZqir4NKJV
