CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENTPart-Time Administrative AssistantPosition DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYPart-Time Administrative Assistant must be proficient in Outlook and have a general knowledge of MS Word.This position will primarily be responsible for general administrative functions and will report directly to the Office Manager.EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED2-3 years of accounting or administrative experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredProficiency in word processing required and spreadsheet software preferredAttention to detail requiredESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate completion & return to clubs of credit applicationsAssist with mailing and filing of IRS and state tax returnsGather backup required for club-related audits (financial & tax)Assist with coding of expense reports and invoicesAssist with the preparation of month-end bindersCoordinate regular information requests from clubsSpecial projects as assignedPHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS Will spend time working at the computer in fulfilling job requirementsMulti-tasking and follow-up on issues is necessaryMust be able to work in a team environmentTYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONSThe Accounting Administrative Assistant is a part-time position and works in an open office environment with other accounting staff.SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
