In this role, you will apply your analytical skills to help our sales and provider partnerships teams work more effectively — from building data-driven materials to surfacing insights that accelerate how we engage practices, health systems, and payer partners. This internship reports directly to the VP of Provider Partnerships and offers meaningful exposure to healthcare commercial strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales pipeline and provider engagement data to identify trends and opportunitiesBuild dashboards and reporting tools that give the sales team visibility into key performance metricsDevelop data-driven models for prioritizing sales outreach, leveraging available Medicaid and clinical performance dataSupport the team in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of sales enablement initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to gather and synthesize relevant insightsPresent findings and recommendations to senior stakeholdersQualificationsCurrently pursuing a graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldProficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysisExperience with data visualization toolsStrong communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, compelling narrativesProactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentInterest in healthcare, women's health, or value-based care is a plusInternship DetailsStart Date: June 1, 2026 (flexible)End Date: August 7, 2026 (flexible)Compensation: $6,500/monthSchedule: Full-timeLocation: Remote or in-person at a Delfina regional officeWe value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective.
