Individuals must be able to support data analysis skills, support small group intervention for students, and lead professional development for their colleagues.QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals who possess Reading Specialist certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years certified teaching experience. Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores.SALARY: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree.
