This contract opportunity focuses on indirect spend and MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) environments, where you will play a key role in improving supply chain performance through analytics, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.Working within a highly matrixed enterprise environment, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive efficiency, improve inventory accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making across supply chain and procurement operations.Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building reporting solutions, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives related to indirect spend and MRO inventory. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities IncludeAnalyze MRO stockroom and indirect spend data across enterprise systems such as SAP, MAXIMO (SAMS), and PeopleSoftExtract, transform, and analyze large datasets using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and other analytics platformsDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support procurement and supply chain decision-makingPartner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations to align analytics with business objectivesCollaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve data discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiativesSupport data integrity, system audits, and inventory reconciliation processesDeliver both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to stakeholdersContribute to process improvement efforts focused on cost reduction and operational efficiencyQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, MRO stockroom operations, or indirect spend analysis2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, MAXIMO (SAMS), or PeopleSoftAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis techniques)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendorsExperience working in cross-functional environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BIFamiliarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platformsKnowledge of MRO inventory management and indirect procurement processesExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to translate complex data into actionable business insightsExperience with Python, AI tools, or advanced data analysis techniquesStrong continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experienceBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
