Sr Development Project Manager

A leading hyperscale data center developer is seeking multiple experienced Data Center Construction / Development Project Managers to support the delivery of large-scale mission-critical campuses across North America. This role will oversee multiple projects across complex campus developments, managing full lifecycle delivery from pre-development, entitlement, permitting, and procurement through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.The successful candidate will lead cross-functional coordination between development, design, construction, procurement, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing campus master development programs, overseeing EPCs, contractors, consultants, and commissioning partners, negotiating change orders and commercial scopes, monitoring budgets and schedules, and presenting executive-level program updates to senior leadership.This position will also play a key role in due diligence for new site acquisitions, utility coordination, product deployment planning, and supporting custom client solutioning alongside sales engineering and product teams. Strong stakeholder management experience is essential, with the ability to represent ownership interests across OAC meetings and maintain alignment across multiple internal and external partners.Candidates should have experience delivering large-scale commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects using Lump Sum, CMAR, and Design-Build delivery models. A strong understanding of MEP infrastructure, construction sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and commissioning is required. Experience managing multi-phase campus developments or hyperscale data center environments is highly preferred.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)5+ years’ experience delivering large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projectsExperience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and contractor performanceStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 50%
