Production Manager - 1st & 2nd Shift (2 openings)Our manufacturing client near Newton, IA is hiring Production Managers for both 1st and 2nd shift operations at their heavy manufacturing facility supporting a 225 person fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint related non-union manufacturing setting. Very solid financials and secure future.Schedule:1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AMMonday-Thursday schedule (4 day work weeks)This role is responsible for leading daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, scheduling, employee development, and production performance.Ideal candidates will have:Manufacturing leadership experienceBackgrounds in welding, fabrication, assembly, paint, or heavy industrial operationsStrong communication and team leadership skillsExperience driving accountability and production resultsThis is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being active on the floor, developing people, and helping drive operational success in a growing manufacturing operation.
