Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.Location: RemoteResponsibilitiesConduct requirements analysis to support program transition into a formal Program of RecordPerform capability based assessments to identify operational gaps and improvement areasEngage stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine mission requirementsDevelop and maintain requirements documentation in alignment with DoD acquisition frameworksBuild and manage requirements traceability matricesSupport development of capability documentation and supporting artifactsConduct gap analyses and recommend process or system improvementsEnsure alignment between operational needs, technical solutions, and governance requirementsPrepare clear, detailed documentation for leadership and Government reviewRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in requirements analysisExperience developing formal requirements documentation in a DoD environmentWorking knowledge of JCIDS and DoD governance processesExperience conducting gap analyses and capability assessmentsExperience building and maintaining requirements traceability matricesStrong analytical and technical writing skillsDesired Skills And Experience Experience supporting acquisition programs transitioning to Program of Record statusExperience using requirements management toolsExperience working across technical and operational stakeholdersExperience in Agile or hybrid development environmentsBackground in systems engineering or mission IT programsCertificationsRequired: NonePreferred: INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP, Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO, PMP, Lean Six Sigma certificationClearance RequirementCandidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
