We need individuals who can provide strategic planning, innovative solutions, and advanced technical knowledge to design, implement, and support enterprise voice, video, and data services.Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support enterprise voice, video, and data services. Manage both simple and enterprise-wide projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with leaders in other business units to define requirements and develop architecture for scalable and reliable network infrastructure. Provide technical expertise in Cisco Route/Switch, Cloud Networking (preferably Azure), Palo Alto Firewall, and Cisco Wireless. Demonstrate self-driven initiative to enhance internal and cloud network capabilities. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in Cisco Route/Switch and Cloud Networking (preferably Azure). Minimum 3 years of experience with Palo Alto Firewall and Cisco Wireless. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Must be a current resident of Wisconsin with no relocation allowance. Available for on-call rotation (1 week per month), with limited calls
