Zoller Presetter & Tooling Inventory Specialist

Location: Clinton, Tennessee (AACT) | Department: Production Engineering | Company: Aisin Automotive Casting TennesseeSchedule: 3rd shift (8pm – 5am)Is this you?Do you take pride in precision—down to the micron?Are you comfortable operating a Zoller presetter to confirm offsets and runout?Can you read clear, English-written tool setup instructions and execute flawlessly?Are Excel and Outlook tools you use with confidence?Do you enjoy keeping inventory organized and flowing to production?Role snapshotPreset and prepare cutting tools for machining lines following English-language instructions.Use Zoller presetter equipment to measure and validate tool offset and runout.Receive and maintain inventory of cutting tool components.Enter kanban cutting tool data into the database accurately.Collect used tools from lines, reload, and return them to line-side storage cabinets.Package and ship used tools for reconditioning.Uphold 3-pillar and 5-S standards in the tool room and line-side storage.Required capabilitiesRead and follow written English instructions.Basic computer skills.Microsoft Office experience—especially Excel and Outlook.Understanding of the metric system to the micron level.Preferred extrasMicrosoft Access familiarity.Experience with Zoller presetting equipment.Ability to interpret 2-D drawings for tool assemblies.Background in disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling cutting tools.EducationHigh school diploma required.Some college or an Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred.Travel & attendanceMinimal travel—primarily to attend training.Maintain acceptable attendance; available for weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.Work Environment RequirementsWith Reasonable Accommodation Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
