Shuttle Driver 2nd Shift

Job Description Location: Raymond, OH Employment Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hireJob Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Shuttle Driver for our client. In this role, you will safely drive, park, and move new vehicles within a distribution or shipping yard. You will also inspect vehicles for damage, verify listed accessories, and help maintain yard quality standards.What’s a Typical Day Like?Ensure new vehicles are driven and parked in assigned areas according to manufacturer’s specificationsInspects cars to detect damage and to verify presence of accessories listed on invoiceMove vehicles from staging areas to shipping bay locationEnsure yard quality standards are maintainedMust be able to follow directions and consistently follow proceduresMust adhere to AAR and safety proceduresAble to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.Maintain a positive behavior and conduct in the workplace while acting and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers and managementWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?High School diploma or equivalentMust have and maintain a valid State driver’s license and must have a good driving recordMust be able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehiclesMust be able to pass the driver’s safety test with an 80% accuracy or betterMust be able to work outside in various weather conditionsMust be able to move 40-80 vehicles per dayWalk continuously throughout the dayAssociates must be able to work as a team or individually depending on workloadMust be at least 18 years of agePrevious experience in a distribution center environment helpful.Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, including other departments, brands, locations, and mandatory overtime.Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training.Must be a team player and able to work well with others.Comply with all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting, ensuring a safe work environment.Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time, up to 10 hours per day.Ability to lift to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis for 100% of working hours.Ability to frequently lift cartons above (up to 8 feet overhead) or below shoulder level.Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a repetitive basis.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holdingWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
