We pay for results-and we're transparent about it.
Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (based on controllable results)
Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 - $82,000+

This role is designed for operators who want ownership, accountability, and upside-not micromanagement.
Competitive base salary: $62,000 - $70,000
What we expect from you
This is not an entry-level position.
Required
3+ years as a General Manager (or equivalent) in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
Demonstrated success managing people, sales, and profitability
Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational controls
Experience reading and managing a P&L
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check
You should be comfortable
